| Description: | The 15th annual Los Feliz Village Street Fair will take place on Sunday, June 11, 2006 on Hillhurst Avenue from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The Street Fair will feature delectable food and beverages from renown Village restaurateurs, eclectic exhibits from local merchants, an artists section, contests, giveaways, and lots of excitement for kids and adults alike.
The Street Fair will also feature live entertainment on the main stage throughout the day from talented local artists and musicians.
For the first time ever, The Street Fair will include a beer garden and wine tasting area for adults over age 21.
Also new this year is a T-shirt design contest. The contest theme is "Mining the Gold of Los Feliz", and is open to area students ages 6 to 18 years old. The winning design will be featured on the official Los Feliz Village Street Fair T-shirt and may be used on other promotional material. The winner will receive a $100 gift certificate to one of the participating Los Feliz Village merchants, and a T-shirt and canvas bag featuring their design. All entries will be on display during the Street Fair. All entries must be sized 8" x 10" and contain between three and five colors including black and white. All entries become the property of the Los Feliz Village BID. Entries must be post marked by Friday, April 28, 2006, and must be labeled "LFV Design Contest", and sent to:
