Silverlake Wine was conceived by Campanile Wine Director, George Cossette and Assistant Wine Director, Randy Clement. They are joined by partner April Langford, of the Park Hyatt in Century City.
The focus of the store is high quality, artisan wines in all price ranges.
"The wine list at Campanile has become known for its diversity and uniqueness. The goal is not to chase high scores or hot trends but to serve the customer by selecting wines that speak for themselves.
