| Description: | Wally’s proudly announces a set of back-to-back Opus One dinners at Capo restaurant in Santa Monica with Winemaker Michael Silacci. Five stellar vintages will accompany a menu specially-designed by chef/owner Bruce Marder. The Opus One wines to be poured will be 1980, 1997, 1999, 2004 & 2009 vintages, with all of the selections coming directly from the winery’s private library. The older vintages have been recently tasted and personally chosen to present at these dinners by Michael Silacci himself, based on the high level of quality they are currently expressing. Needless to say, fans of Opus One wines are in for a very big – and very rare – treat!
Demand to attend an Opus One dinner at Capo will be high, thus we have arranged for Mr. Silacci to be on hand for two nights, giving Opus One Dinner early-birds the option of attending on either Sunday, October 28th or Monday, October 29th.
